If injury has occurred, please call your PCP first to see whether it is medically necessary to be seen by an Orthopedic Surgeon. Referrals from your insurance company and your co-pay are required at the time of the visit. If you do not have a referral, we will be more than happy to reschedule your appointment. Patients must arrive with all x-rays and results of diagniostic testing in order to be seen.
