South Shore Orthopedics is pleased to offer self-pay options for patients with high insurance deductibles who have an insurance plan that is not in network or who may not have insurance.
We are able to offer this pricing to self-pay patients when the payment is made in full prior to the service via our electronic marketplace. The prices of self-pay bundled options are nonnegotiable and cannot be submitted to insurance for reimbursement.
By purchasing a self-pay medical package, you acknowledge and agree that the services included in this package are not eligible for submission to insurance providers for reimbursement. This self-pay option is designed for individuals who wish to directly pay for their medical services without involving insurance claims. It is your responsibility to inquire about insurance coverage, and we recommend consulting with your insurance provider if you have any questions regarding reimbursement eligibility. If you are covered by insurance, please ensure that you complete and sign the insurance opt-out form and reach out to our billing department for clarification or assistance if needed.
